Agenda

1. Very short intro from everyone present about the techniques they use. Format-name, lab, techniques used. After the webpage is updated a list will be available online.
2. Updates on budget. Amanda proposed to send us BPA budget format to model our formal budget on. Discuss details.
3. Updates on webpage, yahoo groups and facebook group.
4. Kathy and Kamal proposed the formation of a committee. This committee will represent our organization at the retreat committee, dean’s council and faculty meeting. The Coates lab will carry forward the work at first. After the first 6 months, the responsibilities will be handed over to interested people. We need help with webpage admin (Jason?) and we need a representative from PGEC.
